Step 1. COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION – You have time until 22nd of April to insert your personal information and upload your CV on the platform.

Step 2. COMPLETE THE ONLINE TESTS – If your application will be successful, we will send you an email to complete two online tests: a personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test.

Step 3. INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEW - If you will pass the tests, we will contact you for a short interview to deep dive into your motivations and previous experiences.

Step 4. ASSESSMENT CENTER – Once you will have passed all the steps, You will be invited to attend the Live Assessment Center with us on 20th May. During the day, you will get to know better HEINEKEN and you will live the experience of a Business Simulation with your colleagues.

Step 5. FINAL OFFER – After the Assessment Center, we will select the best young professionals to join our company.
